During peak season, advanced reservations must be a minimum of 7 nights (maximum 14 nights) beginning on either Saturday or Sunday, see cabin areas below. All other times the minimum rental is 2 nights (14-night maximum). Cabin area “E” rents for a 2-night minimum at all times. Cabins close at 11am (check out time) on the dates listed. The last night for rental is two nights prior to closing date.
** There is a $25.00 weekly ($6.25/night) surcharge for Out of State Residents** There is a $20 key deposit (cash or check only) required at check-in

A CABINS: Located in the South end of the Park on West Side of Genesee River at the Lower Falls area. 4/5 – 10/27 ** Peak Season: 6/22 to 8/24 -7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday. Three rooms (6 people maximum #), interior cold water & toilet, screened porch .10/28 – 11/24 2 night minimum > NO INTERIOR WATER AVAILABLE <
B CABINS: Located in the South end of the park on West Side of Genesee River in the Lower Falls area. 5/10 – 10/27 ** Peak Season: 6/23 to 8/25 – 7 night minimum, Sunday to Sunday. Three rooms (6 people maximum #), interior cold water & toilet, screened porch.
C CABINS: Located in the North end of park on the West Side of the Genesee River, north of camping area. Some open year round. Peak Season: 6/22 to 8/24 – 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday.
One room (6 people maximum #), rough interior, no inside water, central shower & toilet.

D CABINS: Located in the South end of park on the East Side of Genesee River, near Parade Grounds.
Open 5/10– 10/20 ** Peak Season: 6/22 to 8/24 - 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday. Rustic, remote one room cabins (6 or 2 people maximum depending on cabin), central shower & toilet, no inside water.

E CABINS: Located in the South end of the park on the East Side of Genesee River. *** NO SHOWER FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE ***Open 5/10 – 9/2 Two-night minimum all season 4 person cabin
Rustic, remote one room cabin (4 people maximum #), central toilet building, no inside water.
